Terms and Conditions for Elite Story Membership with Kindra Hall

1. General Agreement This document outlines the terms and conditions (the "Agreement") for the Elite Story Membership program (the "Program") with Telzall, LLC (“Kindra Hall”). By enrolling, you (the "Participant") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Booking and Payment The Participant shall enroll through the official booking platform and pay the associated monthly fee in full to maintain membership and its benefits. The monthly fee is non-refundable unless communicated to Kindra Hall (via [email protected]) 7 days prior to that month’s group session. Due to the nature of the membership's fixed billing cycle, refunds will not be offered for missed meetings during the Participant's enrollment in the Program. Without a formal cancellation of the membership, the monthly Program fee will be charged, regardless of use.

3. Confidentiality The Participant understands that during the course of the Program, they may be exposed to personal, sensitive, or proprietary information related to other participants, including but not limited to personal experiences, challenges, strategies, plans, and other verbal or written communications ("Confidential Information"). The Participant agrees not to disclose, share, disseminate, or use any Confidential Information obtained through the Program to any third party, either during or after the completion of the Program, without the express written consent of the individual to whom such Confidential Information pertains. The Participant agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of participating in and benefiting from the Program.

4. Limitation of Liability Kindra Hall is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Participant's participation in the Program.

5. Intellectual Property Any materials provided during the Program, including but not limited to worksheets, handouts, video recordings and digital content, are the intellectual property of Kindra Hall and are provided for the Participant's personal use only. Work product created by Kindra and Participant on Participant’s story will be deemed the intellectual property of Participant.

6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the Elite Story Membership program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
